- 5+ years sales experience.

SMT Machine Programmer & Technician
Job Description Summary:- Responsible for programming all machines.
- Resolve any problems related to machine programs.
- Ensure that all machines are properly working in accordance with the machine parameter.
- Ensure that the production schedule is met.
- Operate each machine (Screen Printer, Glue machine, CP, IP & Reflow).
- Ensure that the solder paste/adhesive date code has not expired.
- Clean and manage stencils and solder paste in & out.
- Verify the place alignment.
- Change the feeders.
- The report, discuss and resolve arising machine problems or discrepancies with Supervisor.
- 2 years in SMT machine operation and electronic assembly.
- Knowledge of basic programming.
- Knowledge of computer technology.
- Knowledge of component identification.
- Knowledge of SMD Workmanship Standards.
- Computer literate.
SMT Set-Up Technician
Job Description Summary:- Set up all the required parts in accordance with the setup sheet and Product Instruction.
- Set up all the machines (Screen Printer, Glue Dispenser, CP and IP).
- Separates the parts requiring per set up sheet and MPI.
- Verifies the part number and description against the Job Order and BOM.
- Verifies stencil cleanness and solder paste expiration date.
- Verifies operating conditions of feeders and stencils.
- Report any problems to the supervisor.
- 2 years in electronic assembly, with 1 year in preparation operation.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly workmanship standards (IPC).
SMT Rework Technician
Job Description Summary:- Perform rework or repair SMT parts that are rejected for non-conformity by being subjected to inspections and/or testing activities
- Ensure that the installation and solder joints of SMT parts are reworked to meet the specified customer requirement and workmanship standards.
- Rework all the nonconforming SMT parts to the requirements per workmanship standard and customer requirements.
- Check the quality of boards against workmanship standards.
- Perform hand soldering operation as required per MPI and appropriate work instructions.
- 3 years in printed circuit assembly operation with 2 years in rework with hand soldering operation.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly workmanship standards (IPC).
- Knowledge of rework standards.
- Good soldering skills.
- Knowledge of component ID and color codes.
Second Operation (Touch Up) Technician
Job Description Summary:- Ensure that all component installation and solder joints meet customer requirement and workmanship standards
- Check all boards against quality workmanship standards.
- Perform hand soldering operation as required per MPI and appropriate work instructions.
- Any defective solder or components are performed rework per workmanship standard or customer requirement.
- 2 years in printed circuit board operation with 1 year in hand soldering operation.
- Good soldering skills.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly workmanship standards (IPC).
- Knowledge of component ID and color codes.
Final QC Inspector
Job Description Summary:- Complete all daily work tasks in a timely manner.
- Must know how to apply the IPC-A-610 workmanship standards to the inspection.
- Accurately record all findings into the system and generate discrepancy reports as needed.
- Must be able to follow instructions and communicate with the engineering and management staff.
- Fully understand IPC-A-610 and J-Std criteria.
- Inspect all boards completed through production processes against Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and workmanship standards.
- Meet daily / monthly shipping schedule.
- Record accurately inspection results and Generate the QC report.
- Must understand the manufacturing process instructions.
- Perform visual and mechanical inspection based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Accept and follow instructions for all work assignments given by the supervisor.
- Report and resolve any quality problem.
- Recommend corrective actions for quality-related problems.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- 4 or more years in printed circuit assembly operations with 2 years in Quality Control.
- Basic computer skills.
- The use of hand tools and a microscope is a must.
- Knowledge of general ESD control, workmanship standards (SMT, PTH, and mechanical).
